The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Colorado works to reduce suicide and its impact for all Coloradans through advocacy, collaboration and education.
The mission of The Second Wind Fund of Uncompahgre Pleatueau (SWFUP) is to decrease the incidence of teen suicide by removing financial and social barriers to treatment for at-risk youth.
THANK YOU to San Juan Eye Center, Pam & Bill McCullough, Ken and Tracy Brown, and every person who helped make this event a success. $1600 was raised for the Kirwan-Carr Foundation. Part of the money raised will fund Kirwan-Carr Foundation's new website, Attemptedsuicidehelp.com which is currently under construction.
The Kirwan-Carr Foundation is actively seeking applications for board members. We are a working board of directors; attending meetings via conference call and participating actively in fund raising, raising awareness, and contributing your valuable ideas for websites, documentaries, etc. is a part of what being a board member entails.
